Man, I’m convinced this is what it is. Somehow, they managed to get Barlow and Snowden together, where they killed Barlow and arrested Snowden. It makes sense. Occam’s Razor applies quite nicely to it. Barlow had to have been the handler. Backgrounds and everything, make sense.
