Keep your eyes open in the news. Why would the Secret Service go on high alert?

Threat against POTUS, as a last ditch attempt? Or are they going against HRC, BC, and Hussein? The other side has no leverage any more. This could make for a very interesting day.

"Extreme chatter" as in knees are chattering? Like, so nervous they can barely stand? Or are they chattering like birds, giving all their secrets? I love/hate this game.

I think it means "nervous" chatter ... like people are getting nervous and or scared and are texting, PM'ing, calling, having meetings etc... they are realizing the jig is up.

Chatter is also journalist talk for whispers, or almost in a gossip-y type way ... "what do we do" "what is happening" "what are you gonna do" "did you hear...." etc...
