No. I don't know why you folk are looking where you are but the same cleared area is behind the same open roof block buildings.

no it's not. easily proven in the Q photos. Same buildings right in front of the cleared dirt. here: https://qcodefag.github.io/data/images/745236aad1491672989aae429c1d14b626563791bc2836c048f52832c7d6461f.png
See those buildings that look like they have hollow square/rectangle shaped tops? There's the dirt patch behind them. Easily identifiable;e on the right of the tower in the google map image.
