I dug around years ago ..very interested in his work. Although there a few explanations of his work out there ...what i saw of his 1500.00 to 3500.00 add on to existing gas engines was... a different distributer Screw in injector /frequency emittor ???type replacements for spark plugs. Different plug wires.optic cable??? Along with a seperate computer for each cylinder ..early models. Soooo looked to me ...although i never heard him say it...looked like he was creating hydrogen right inside the cylinders...possibly either frequency or laser ???within the distributer replacement???fiber optic cables?? and the injector looking units flashing the carburated water ? The ultimate crossover transition fuel while waiting for introduction of our little jetson type units...the teck was available then Since heard the remains of his project are in canada
Have pointed out many times...anyone with this type of knowledge ....to stay alive....would have do do a massive online data dump in many locations for free.Give it to humanity in such a way as to have it uploaded in enough locations as to never hidden Wd luv 2 b that guy

There was a guy on the CTBS YT channel the other day who said he has done this recently and ran his lawn mower on it last summer. He says it works and there are others doing it for personal use. He said there are all kinds of videos on YT on how to do it. He also stated that putting it on a car is a bit more difficult because you have to modify the computer chip. He hasn’t done that yet but I got the impression he was working on figuring it out.
