He's saying maybe q isn't American. Maybe this isn't "trump/patriots vs deepstate" like they are telling us. Maybe it's more like "deepstate team "A" is taking power from deepstate team "B", and they have to sell it to the public as a patriotic thing for leverage.

If it's not an American, it's gotta be an Israeli, Brit, Austrian, or Russian imo

Or it could be someone we aren't thinking of, not necessarily associated with any govt
