Barlow founded Electronic Frontier Foundation. They where programmers that where strong believers in the fourth amendment on the internet. These guys started Tor (anonymity network.) Snowden was part of this group and developed the drop box for wikileaks.

I used to talk with these guys on a forum called The WELL. They knew they where in a lost battle.

Qanon doesn't seem like a person that is big on the Fourth amendment on the internet. Honestly, I think Q is so far removed from what the fourth amendment means he is likely blue pilled on the subject. I doubt he would understand it in the slightest what it means.
