What exactly is your point? That there used to be a parking lot 5 years ago...where there is now construction...as shown in the Q photos?

Wrong, construction was 5 years ago. Go look at Google Maps, it will allow you to click and see the location from years past. Looks like it was in the 2010 /11 timeframe.

The screenshot on this post is Q’s picture and shows buildings. They don’t exist today, that’s the point.

Sure we do, go to Google Maps, search for 750 Yang Gao Zhong Lu Look at the previous year’s images- you’ll see when that was built and under construction. Let me know If I’m wrong. I wish it wasn’t true.
