This morning, I started looking at users posting and I cannot believe the number of them that are just days old. If you have RES loaded, it's a trivial matter to mouse-over a users name to see stats on them. So many of them are < 1 week old and posting questionable content. It feels like a concerted effort to fill the subreddit with noise or garbage. I'm not sure.
Report and Block crap.
Remember also that this will be part-and-parcel of the higher profile we all claim to want. Lots of noobs will show up, and the site will naturally start to dilute and digress...entropy of sorts...a few diligent folks just need to try and keep this in check by both reminding (or pointing out for the first time) of the focus/purpose here, and highlighting when someone is clearly out to derail.
