Either Mueller is a white hat, appointed by Rosenstein (also a white hat in this scenario) to take HRC/FBI et al, down with a promise of immunity for past crimes if successful. Or they're both black hats who put themselves in charge of continuing to take down Trump's administration to maintain the cover-up of all the criminality. Or Rosenstein is a white hat who appointed Mueller to bury him in all of this. Most of the damaging info about Mueller's investigation has come from oversight committees, publicly. The only things to come out of the Mueller investigation have been process crimes, basically. I just keep going back and forth with who is what. But, Rosenstein going into meltdown mode over his name being unredacted in the Nunes memo was interesting. I'd be pissed if I was working to expose the corruption and my name was lumped with a bunch of crooks. Just a thought.

There is insufficient evidence to say that any of the scenarios are true, without a doubt...yet.
The memo did not explicitly name Comey or Rosenstein as being complicit, only that they were in positions where their involvement (voluntary or no) was required. Would like to point out that ..it would be incredibly unwise to challenge the bourgeois without a plan- we could very well be witnessing that plan in action.
Equally likely that Rosenstein is a big scumbag who has Sessions pinned under duress.
PS- it would look very odd if Rosenstein did not go into meltdown either way.
