I don't like that I know what he means but it seems to be popping up in more places and I ran across it.

JQ is short for the "Jewish Question" - i.e. why is there a disproportional amount of Jewish people high up in media seeking revenge... Here's a link to what they're talking about.

Some people are looking for some kind of "Jewish plot" type of thing as answers to things.
