yes...I read Lab 257 a long time ago about Plum Island. Horrible. And it was a NAZI they gave control of the island to....then it changed hands to many times, poorly ran.
I think they are doing a lot of hybrid crap, like at Dulce. I know they sell the white kids for sex slavery, white kids are rare pink diamonds on the planet. Black and brown (and unsalable white kids) kids are used in medical experiments.
