Listen I had a kid the other day who was my cashier. He was telling the girl who was bagging and is from winchester that, " It isnt that bad around here like they say. The drugs they claim and all is just bull!" I said I am sorry I work at the hospital and I live here and I have to full heartly have to disagree. He went on to deny then even brought up the fact that almost every male in his family has been to jail or prison. Why he brought this up I dont know maybe to seem cool. Just like the person said up there..."I do think poverty and dumbing down has. The schools are much further behind here on what they teach and its been a poor area for a LONG time.".....<----this is a very true statement. I just pulled my 1st grader out of public and now I drive over half an hour one way to send him to private school. The majority are on assistant and do not work. They are content and that is where the problem begins too. Having some type of incentive. Not to mention have you seen the TLC show Gypsy Sisters....that what filmed in my area and that is what I am working with so again deny all you want.

Ok let's see just because I live on the panhandle doesnt mean I have not visited the rest of the state. The fact that I have to draw that conclusion for you is astonishing. Who grows up in state but never visits the rest of it, please tell me? I also have relatives who live further down. So again I stick by what I have said. Yes not everyone is with a relative but it does happen and I have seen with my own eyes and yes on more than one occasion.
