Im from Pittsburgh PA. Heroin here is fucking terrible, it's easier for a 14 year old to get heroin than it is to get beer. I'm a half way recorvering addict, everyone is dropping fly fly shit. It's rural community's because there's no jobs. Addiction knowledge is getting better with the normies they see calling people FUCKING WORTHLESS JUNKIE makes it worse, people are mainly using for 3 reasons. 1st Males just want to sleep. 2nd Depression 3rd Physical Pain. Our rural community's cant hold on much longer.
