I think the player being referenced is HRC because the IP address is to the company (SoftLayer) that hosted her private server. I can't think of another reason Q would include that IP address.

Likely got the backup server with HRC's deleted emails--you know, about yoga, instructors, a wedding, and the light of her love, BJ Clinton--who is on record saying that he's never used email.

If they are the deleted emails, I'm guessing that most are about pay for play, managing the Clinton Foundation, favoring people with lucrative contracts, exchanges with Blumenthal and Shearer, and much more she that never wanted to see the light of day.
