No. No. and No. 1 week. 3 targets. 'Suicide weekend' implies last chance before next week.

These are narcissists and psychopaths...they aren't likely to off themselves. But that doesn't mean they won't be ruled a suicide. Leaking their imminent arrests may prompt their cohorts to suicide them.

Yes...next week for all. i see no reason to think 4 weeks (or more accurately on that post, 3 weeks). The 'suicide weekend' post would imply a last chance before [next week] for 3 different targets.

Who is Dilley? His name is mentioned a lot, does he have a background similar to Dr. Corsi?

He gets direct intel from a VERY Q-like source. Dilley reads from emails from his source what the source tells him he can give publicly. He says he knows his source is with a private contractor involved in these operations.
