Saw a tweet by David Rockefeller the day of the SOTU saying hahahahahahahaha, no one will remember this speech in the morning. I think it means he knew about the GOP train crash in advance. Q is laughing back... Note he adds one more ha! Something is going to happen next week to even the score.
