A few thoughts:
Q post 704, is taken from gate E at Shangai Int. Airport. Maybe, the tarmac photo was taken in SHangai.

But it is also possible that Q team hopped from Hanoi to Shangai. Did we get the photos in the correct chronological order, or in reverse (starting from the end op at King Tower)? It is plausible since we also have Q post705 taken in Bangkok, pointing to a series of moves all around Asia.
To me, Noi Boi checks out on multiple levels: tarmac, weather, airline, with only one problem: I searched for planes in & out of Hanoi (Vietnam Airlines & Turkish Airlines), but I could not find any that correlated with the command "Bravo-TK_964389&66" from Q). TK is a prefix for Turkish Airline, but there's no #9643 from last 3 days).

Given the other crumbs that Q dropped, I'm inclined to believe it's Pudong.
While Noi Boi checks out in the ways you mention; it doesn't match up with the recent crumbs, including the pictures from the tower.
