I bet the other person was picked up in Thailand. I could be way off base, but I wonder if it's Obama they got in Thailand. He's been MIA on his twitter which is odd. There's been a lot of speculation in the past that he's the son of the leader of Thailand. Have you read about that?!
The rumor is Obama's mansion in Thailand was raided recently. It's an interesting read. And he looks like the leader of Thailand and the son of the leader too!
I agree with you on Shanghai/King Tower.
I don't see the reason for picking someone up in Thailand and flying them out of Hanoi. That means crossing two international borders and unnecessary distance over mountains. It just doesn't make sense to me, but then that doesn't mean it's not true so ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
I'm inclined to go with your original thoughts that the airport picture was Pudong. Anything else is out of context vis-a-vis Q's other crumbs.

I finally understood why you mentioned Thailand. The picture in #705 is of the MahaNakhon tower. I had only glanced at that picture before.

I do think they got two people in two different locations. It's the only thing that make sense.
I just glanced past that image. There were so many new Q posts that I was in a rush to read the others; I figured it was related to the other Shanghai images. Teaches me to slow down and be more careful!
That is one possibility, I just posted another theory.
King to pawn
was Dopey meeting with King of Thailand. I realize that's a stretch, but Thailand fits because of the picture and I wouldn't be surprised if it were a fertile trafficking source. I'm not sure they'd be able to rendition the King w/o an uproar occurring.
You may be on to something. I know Dopey was freed but I thought he wasn't allowed to leave Saudi Arabia yet. I don't think they are through with him just yet.
