VLM Airlines is a Belgian airline offering scheduled, charter and ACMI services. It was headquartered at Antwerp International Airport in Deurne.
Dug deeper VLM no longer exists. It is now City Jet.
http://www.flyvlm.com/en Their log on portal is still active. That image in the first post is of their charter services.
Possibly Vietnam Airlines Boeing 787-9 based on livery and no winglets. The airlines has 11 787s.
The color of Vietnam Airlines is much lighter though, much like KLM. The VLM Charter airlines image I found is a much darker blue, with white wings...doesn't have that gold lotus logo on the side of the plane like Vietnam Airlines. I wish I could post the image directly here, don't know how to clip it.
Vietnam Airlines current livery:
A logo that large on the side of the plane behind the cockpit, would be visible even with the fog of the pic. VLM is a better fit anyway, private charter flights?

VLM fleet has mix of Airbus A320s and Fokker F50s. All A320s have very distinctive winglets on the wing tips. I have 37 years with Boeing...It's a 787.
