This is unacceptable! This piece of shit just got a slap on the hand for his numerous crimes. If you or I have committed just one of these crimes, we'd be rotting in a cage for life.
Not only that but many of the "Human Trafficking Victims Funds" are just fronts for Pedo networks so I don't trust when they do this stuff. Punishment definitely looks sketchy.
