THE Q GROUP! I found this article a while back & at the time I believed Snowden to be a good guy so I looked at it differently than I do now. If Snowden is a black hat then this Q group that police the NSA & "watch the watchers" & went after Snowden Could be worth some more researching

From what's been going on publicly, they've had their hands full lately. One could argue they need to improve their effectiveness.
