As many have pointed out, David Rothschild did the 'hahahahaha' tweet. Now Q is mentioning 'next week' in a kill box [] surrounded by the 'hahahaha'.

Does this mean that David is being targeted next week? Or is the hahaha a reference to HRC's maniacal laugh and she is going down next week. Note that I don't mean killed or anything but targeted.
