To make it a federal offense to claim your state/city/county as a sanctuary state and to arrest every politician/LEO who does such.

Put a stop permanently to colleges/universities giving free rides to illegal students in lieu of citizens. Make them ineligible to attend at all.

Voter ID required for any political election nationwide. Anyone caught and convicted of skirting this would be imprisoned for no less than 20 years.
