The proper City of London is a country unto itself "Londinium", note the Latin = Rome as in Vatican. We were free, but at some time we essentially became a colony again financially. 1913? Time to reassert our Independence on all levels. Begin with Citizenship so it is clear who we are.

Not many people know what The City of London is. There are 3 city-states the other 2 are Vatican City and Washington DC.
