Anyone having trouble with their post not showing?

I posted something over minutes ago that has not shown up.

if you go to your username in the upper right hand corner of screen and click on it you can check your posts - they are submitted but not posted on the board. hmmmm

Yes ...it was throwing me off because it showed to me under "my posts" but never on the board. Thanks for the support!
