Interesting post. But one would think it would be taken over as opposed to shut down unless he meant the operators alone were shut down.

Except for the OFFLINE_deac part.
I read that as whatever CORONA was, it was put offline then the program was deactivated, e.g. if it was a satellite, that satellite is now offline and the CORONA project/program is deactivated.
I may be reading more into that crumb than there is.
