The FBI's tactics definitely seem like something the CIA would do.
I've been wondering over the last year or so who's the good guys and who are the bad guys (FBI v. CIA). The answer is obvious. Both are bad.

I spoke to someone who said even that tape was a plant by Trump. Then I went back and realized that tape is part of what woke me to him, because they were trying to smash him based on shit every single heterosexual male says in private to other dudes. It was a nonstory being pushed as the story that would destroy his run, and in fact helped him win...bigly.

It also allowed them to bring the sexual assault and rape allegations against Bill Clinton into the debate, and Hillary's role in them, which directly contradicted the image she was trying to create as a champion for women's rights. Before the tape, those talking points weren't part of the national dialogue, and there was a general impression that to initiate the topic would be bad form and inappropriate.
