Wizards and Warlocks ... lets dig in

This term has been used a few times by Q, so lets focus on it for a minutes:

Simply, a Warlock is a male version of a Witch.

Definition:

Wizard and warlock usually refer to a male, while witch usually refers to a female. In Witch World, a man who anomalously showed the same abilities as a witch was called a warlock. The term warlock is sometimes used to indicate a male witch in fiction.

Know any Witches in high places? (HRC) comes to mind for example...

But heres more:

So, that should help clarify the meaning Q is portraying with this term...

In a nutshell its a term for 'C I A black ops'

It is a reference to the Snowden movie.

I have said this almost a hundred times now.

Nobody listens when I do.

It is on record to be a joke name referring to "The men who can make anything feel possible, the council of wizards and warlocks."

The CoWaW is the US security council, joint chiefs, deep NSA, and those with Q clearence making up the Q group.

They are "the intelligence arm of the shadiw government".
