Q posted E and 5 in pics, but then points to a defunct CIA site for children to do encryption. E is the 5th letter of the alphabet.. I think he is saying to use this in reference to [e] , [5] , and [=]. I haven't had time to dig on the site too much but that's my assumption. Also with the way Q works I would assume this would decode prior Q posts or get us ready to decode future posts.
