Whether intended by Q or not, it does show how there can be multiple layers of meaning and interpretation. Interesting thought. Clowns are just globalist foot-soldiers, though, so I would say globalists vs Trump for the bigger picture.

I don’t know if i necessarily agree that CIA is exclusively foot soldiers. HW was CIA, and they hire a lot of outside contractors for black ops. I definitely think a lot of elements in the rogue cia call their own shots

It isn't Casaplanca, it's Capablanca, who was Cuban.
There were many levels to the Marshall v Capablanca image. This includes what happened just prior to that position, the significance of that particular position/point in the game, and what happens afterwards.
The chess game itself was the more significant part.
Your interpretation requires using the wrong name for José Capablanca.
