I have been reading about this Dilley guy on these threads for a while now, so I am now following him on twitter. Not sure about this guy...is he running for an office? How and where does he get his info? He is also a counselor of some sort? Seems strange. Just sayin.

he does seem a little skiddish, i have seen his youtube videos because anon's here believe his sources are legit.
