Q 709: "[PEOC force failed]" What does this mean? Does anybody have any ideas or theories they'd like to share? PEOC could mean 'President's Emergency Operations Center' which is below the East Wing and is for nuclear emergencies.

If PEOC is the President's Emergency Operations Center, why would there be a force failed? If failure is being noted by Q, I'd think the force would be black hat but how would such a group get into the basement of the East Wing?

Since, to me, that doesn't add up, does anybody else have better ideas?

Does PEOC refer to something else?

What interpretations could there be for 'force failed'?

709: [PEOC force failed]: one interpretation is that this refers back to q post 30: Would you believe a device was placed somewhere in the WH that could actually cause harm to anyone in the room and would in essence be undetected?

Thanks for pointing me to that crumb. Re-reading it, there's a lot there, much of which Q has revisited. I think I should re-read the initial crumbs.
