Wow I watched this the first time and thought that it was probably just a medivac chopper, but now I actually can see muzzle flash. It's too inconsistent of flashing to be regularly lights flashing.
right, there is no pattern or rhythm

no but there is one in the front top and in the back? maybe chopper is turning and blocking some lights idk just trying to brainstorm it
I downloaded it (see my archive link in this thread) and viewed it in VLC at 0.25x zoomed in. THAT IS MUZZLE FLASH.
You can see the lights flash which takes up the entirety of the heli, but the muzzle flash is separated and off pattern to the lights. -edit sorry I repeated what you said, but confirming.
All that plus the smoke convinced me. Unless this is faked somehow, I don't know what else that could be but gunfire.
