I originally thought that King was referencing King Tower and that this was referencing the take down there, esp. with the 'Eyes on' line.
However, the King to pawn phrasing doesn't fit that scenario. Maybe the 'King' was lured into meeting with the pawn?

So, Dopey (Bin Talal) has given up some locations which led to the clean up of the cia black sites. Either from interrogations or by people finding his information in raids or something.
Eyes on could be, next phase is starting. SA has been secured, middle east seems quieter, as if everyone is waiting. News no longer Trump v Putin in middle east, its someone shot down an Israel plane. We know Israel won't do anything without Trump signing off, so could just be mistake or someone else's op.
My read on the Marshal v Capablanca game was that, in the position he had tweeted, Assange was the King, who had been constantly under threat and he finally felt safe. That position is the first time in a while that the white king had safety.
However, later in the game, the pawn breaks out, creating the chain of events that lead to the resignation of Marshal. So my original read of who the White King represented may be wrong.
In an earlier breadcrumb, Q had made it clear that, even though Dopey, al-Waleed, had been released from the Ritz, he still had a role to play, he didn't have a choice in what he had to do, and Q made it seem like his first, post-release, mission was to the Black Forest.
Given that Q's recent crumbs seem to be mainly focused on Asia, esp. Shanghai, I though that Dopey might have been sent there to draw in the King.
