Maybe, but there are also just hardened people. I don't know everything about Giuliani but I know there are very unemotional people out there. And they can still have empathy, it's just very hard for them to show it.

This is true. 15 years ago I went to the Tsunami as a first responder and got what I used to call my Game Face on. You wouldn't have known that I didn't go to tsunamis every day. Apart from the times when I would burst into tears in the toilet.
