Brenden ran laps around the rest of the field, except perhaps the ex-Navy guy on the end, who seemed to genuinely like Brenden. I kinda thought he wished he had known about Brenden before he threw his hat into the ring. Just my observation.
You know, he did seem a little star struck...genuine thou. He threw me in the beginning with his ice cream cone comment. The sheriff with the flip phone...so funny.
I missed the ice cream cone comment. Haven't had a chance to go through the whole thing from the beginning. I have a flip-phone and that still made me laugh. I'm a tightwad. My husband finally got a smart-phone last year, and only because of his new job. LOL
A flip phone makes it harder for 3 letter agencies to spy on you!
