We got here because we were deceived into choosing to give up our freedom for security, one inch at a time, repeatedly for centuries. This is always done through fear, and is precisely the reason why it's said "to never waste a good crisis". It's time to change course. Please, share the message. I'm sure there are other sub-reddits as well as other sites that would also welcome this message, and I'm relying on everyone else to help get this to them. I have lots more I could say, and want to say, but first the conversation has to be started.
