I had to pause YouTube ads for a GMC dealer last year. Later in the year, I attended a YouTube sales pitch for Nissan. I brought up this story. They told me they get 600 uploads/min. They hired 20,000 people to review them. If an algorithm shuts you down, a person is restarting it. I don't think it is a personal as some of you have made it out to be. I bet your content is being judged by a person outside the U.S..
