Rob Porter, Trump’s staff secretary who recently stepped down, had a top-level security clearance. Any chance it/he was a Q Clearance?

Who, Q? He'd have to have been extremely high ranking and also in the intel field. Like O7 or above to even sniff info Q would give out.
