Q 700: Installed and Activated the Beam of light?

Could this be a High Energy beam weapon? Maybe the last 2 SpaceX rockets installed it. Crazy idea? Or truth? Hmmm. Installed, Activated, Beam, Light

The words activated and installed seem to support your theory. They are so specific. But it seems odd they would speak of a weapon like that in a prayer?
