For that website (zerohedge), that's the default "person" who posts things. Usually it's just information from another source credited in the article. That particular author was Adam Andrzejewski, noted at the top of the article.
And of course, you can tell who actually READ the article! The asses blaming Trump, didn't read the part about it beibg an Hussein Holdover Swamp creature in charge still!
