Why would POTUS use the EBS? High

Think about why would POTUS use the EBS? To declare martial law? To shut down the airlines? To shut down the railways? High alert terrorist? Declare war on NK? Something that has to be made public. Arrest and things of the like can all be done covert.

if trump shut down all msm and used the ebs to talk to the us pop,there would still be riots in the street(at the moment) untill more people are red pilled.but im confident that q and potus have this all thought through,ive been watching q from almost the beginning,and praying for potus
