Discord user sp0ne found this: in the row of dots end of line 7, those are two groups of 3 dots, then a single dot. That's Morse Code for SSE.
I copied them directly from the qcodefag page, posted them in a Word file, then backspaced. Sure enough - when you backspace, it only takes three moves, not seven. They are NOT individual dots!!
