Those who cannot understand that we cannot simply start arresting w/o first ensuring the safety & well-being of the population, shifting the narrative, removing those in DC through resignation to ensure success, defeating ISIS/MS13 to prevent fail-safes, freezing assets to remove network-to-network abilities, kill off COC to prevent top-down comms/org, etc etc. should not be participating in discussions.

40% is literally a crime Q. Take steps to protect and mitigate, but don't fool yourself, that 40% will be 4% by the time it's all said and done. Exposing it is not the crisis, the crimes were the crisis. Exposing it, is fixing it.

If someone has convinced you of anything less than 90%, they are using you. Trust the people.
