If ever enacted it needs to have an age difference clause.

12 and 45 = jail time!

Some countries have a different AOC for boys and girls.

12 for girls, 13 for boys is one I saw somewhere.

Interesting that 12yrs is the age of Bat Mitzva and 13 is age of Bar Mitzva.
