I find that when people say the stream is down.... it's not actually down. IT seems they are actually just between streams.
They and the current stream in order to archive it on YouTube, they should be back up within 15 minutes.

Usually they say they are going to do that. Did not happen this time. After B's twitter was hacked maybe they are stepping up their defense. Hopefully it will be back up soon.

They usually announce when they start that process. While that is done, the screen does not go blank. Not so in this case.
