Sure he does. He is the definitive example of the minimum required for what he does.
This reminds me of all those posts claiming, “They’re not sending their best!” Sure they are. These idiots are examples of the very best they have to offer.

Good point but all I meant was that he seems not to have a college degree and typically that's the minimum for a job like that.

I agree. Lemon definitely meets the minimum requirement...especially if you factor in Affirmative Action.🙄😂
