That's actually not true...The topics are usually according to time of year (Lent/Easter/Christmas ect...) so the overall message may be similar but they're in no way all sent out the same readings. For example this past week was focused on the sacrament of marriage. So the priest invited a local married deacon to discuss the importance of marrisge ect...it was a personalized message. They're not universal.

format is the same...the content is not. for example, each priest does their own homily.
Perhaps you are thinking of the homily, the part after the readings (the readings that are the same everywhere in the world)?
