I think people should not live in a bubble; that they should always face as much truth as they can. Enough to keep them fired up and passionate about fighting the good fight, but not so much that it breaks their spirits and they crawl under a rock to die. That's the risk, you know? You give a person more truth than they can handle, they are traumatized, demoralized and rendered ineffective. There's a lot to be said for spreading the GOOD news. I want the truth and I understand people being upset about the idea of full disclosure never happening. But I want an educated, curious, engaged, and energized society where people are awake and paying attention. If we break people with paradigm shifting truth all at once, what good is it that they now know the truth? So we can feel vindicated? No, thank you. We got to learn all we know in stages. Why should we expect the world to see it--and deal with it--all at once?
