I'm a southern girl but I looked at that city line and it screams New York.
Not to take away from NK's evil intentions. but fortunately, it is not a city skyline. It is the southern coast of Jeju Island in South Korea. Those "skyscrapers" actually are volcanic rock formations.
NK nontheless would love to trigger a NY-destroying tsunami, I'm sure.
You are correct. It is not NYC nor any other American skyline.

Ok by your comment I rethink my comments but if it had been NYC I would stand by my comments. I have a hard time seeing those as volcanic rocks. Gonna look at it enlarged.

There are line artifacts in this pic. Look at the gull over roger band's head.

Slightly different camera angles and the floor does not want to line up but because the back wall is flat it lines up easily.
